Why a sworn translation and not a standard one? Because consulates, insurers and public authorities only accept translations bearing the signature, stamp and accreditation number of a sworn translator appointed by the MAEC. An ordinary translation, however accurate, has no official validity: the file is returned and the procedure starts over. Translations into English are signed by our in-house translator, appointed by the MAEC.

How long does it take to translate a medical certificate?
Short certificates are usually ready ahead of the standard the agreed date; long reports may need a little more. The exact deadline is confirmed in writing in the quote and, if your appointment cannot wait, we offer an urgent service: say so when ordering.
Do you also translate full medical reports and records?
Yes: discharge reports, medical records, diagnostic tests, treatment plans and accident reports. How do you guarantee the confidentiality of my medical data?
